Q:

How did you incorporate Purisalv into your wedding day weight loss plans?

A:

I mixed 2 tablespoons of Pursialv in oatmeal for breakfast and then later in the day I mixed another 2 tablespoons in 10 ounces of spring water. Purisalv provided a lot healthy energy and I really had no cravings for unhealthy snack food, the real enemy of any bride who wants to lose weight.
